Welcome to my coaching services. I offer one-to-one coaching and mentoring to anybody needing support with diversity, high-sensitivity or intelligence and trauma.
I am here to guide you in life’s challenges, from a position of empathy having experienced similar challenges in my own life.

As a coach and mentor, I am here to listen, support and guide you in navigating life as someone who is neurodiverse. If I cannot help you, or we determine that you are not in need of coaching but of therapy, I will do everything I can to refer you to the right party.
New Client: Story of You
An initial consultation to get to know who you are. During this first session, I will actively listen as you tell me your story. What makes you different and how have you navigated life through being who you are, unique. We will try to uncover what next steps would best suit you and how to further support your story.

3-3 Personalized Profile
To deepen your knowledge of self, I offer a custom 3 session pack in which you will expand on your story. From what you share with me, I will prepare a custom profile of who you are based on frameworks in both psychology and spirituality. This profile can include any 3 of the following, based on your selection:
● Birth Chart Reading
● Myers Briggs Type Analysis
● Love Languages Preferences
● Communication Style
● Attachment Style

Recurring Coaching Sessions
For clients who want ongoing support, I offer flexible recurring sessions tailored to your needs. These sessions focus on ongoing exploration of the challenges you face through your diversity. To make sure the coaching is effective, regularly scheduled sessions are recommended. You can book the number of sessions you need from 4 up to 8 and choose your schedule.
I work on a sliding scale based and can adapt based on your personal situation.
30-Minute Session
